Programme Summary:
The Engendering the Nigerian Financial Services Ecosystem (ENFSE) initiative is a multi-year institutional change programme hosted by Lagos Business School. The programme seeks to advance women’s leadership and inclusion across Nigeria’s top commercial banks by strengthening governance, leadership pipelines, organisational policies, and accountability mechanisms.
Working with bank CEOs, regulators, professional associations, and development partners, ENFSE focuses on embedding gender-inclusive practices into the systems that shape leadership progression, performance management, and workplace culture in the financial services sector.
Qualification and Experience
The Programme Officer – Delivery & Coordination supports the effective day-to-day execution of the ENFSE initiative. The role focuses on programme coordination, workstream tracking, and operational delivery support, ensuring that plans translate into timely, high-quality outputs across multiple stakeholders. This is a hands-on delivery role, designed for a mid-level professional with a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Business, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field, with 1–3 years’ experience in project support, programme coordination, operations, or a similar role.
