Program Support Intern at FlexiSAF Edusoft Limited

Job Description:

• Uphold and ensure the success of the current internship program policy and practices across FlexiSAF.
• Assist in various aspects of the internship program, including application publishing, assessments, selection, onboarding and research methods to improve the program.
• Provide comprehensive support to internship participants by addressing inquiries, facilitating communication and ensuring their needs are met.
• Supporting the team’s effort in working with partner institutions and organizations on internship placements.
• Provide logistical support for workshops and training sessions (both in-person and virtual).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interns, including engagement, performance evaluations and placement reports.
• Lead program-related administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the strategic growth of the internship program.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support the program success and align with organizational goals.
• This is a full time paid internship, based in Abuja with a monthly allowance range of N70,000k to N100,000k. It is also a hybrid engagement with both remote and onsite working conditions.

Requirements

• First degree in any relevant discipline; MUST have completed the mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC) as at date of application.
• Experience working with Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience working with content management systems.
• Experience in organizing team building activities, community management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfort level in researching, identifying new initiatives for intern placement.
• Experience in project management, Software engineering background or having worked in a software development organization is a plus.
