Requirements

• Experience: 8–12 years of progressive program/portfolio leadership within Financial Services.
• Track Record: Proven success in large-scale, technology-enabled, and highly regulated projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s Degree (MBA/MSc) is a must.
• Methodology: Expert in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
