We are seeking a versatile and initiative-taking Program/M&E Assistant who is sharp and agile, with proven experience in program management, basic M&E principles, and commodity management.
The ideal candidate will possess multi-skilled capabilities to effectively support and drive multiple projects, ensuring both programmatic and logistical excellence.
Responsibilities
Support implementation, management, and monitoring of projects at national and state levels.
Support project M&E activities including data collation, cleaning, analysis, and presentation development, as well as data triangulation and
validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources.
Coordinate effectively with multiple national and subnational stakeholders including NPHCDA and FMOH
Manage tight deadlines with minimal supervision and deliver high volumes of work.
Assist with training, services, research, learning, and other programmatic activities.
Collect information and develop success stories from various program aspects.
Contribute to report writing, annual work plans, project monitoring tracking matrices, and implementation plans.
Work closely with technical and program staff to ensure quality program implementation and monitor project spending.
Support program coordination, develop and monitor work plans and budgets.
Provide coordination and administrative support, including meeting agendas, attendance, minutes, reports, activity profiles, budgeting, Goods Request and Services forms (GRS), travel authorization, retirements and preparing documents for participants payment and proactively following up to ensure payments by finance.
Handle logistics for health commodity systems, including medical commodities quality assurance, warehousing, distribution, forecasting and quantification of immunization as well as maternal and child health products.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
A Pharmacist with 3-4 years of experience in program support and commodity management.
Proficiency in managing health-related supply chain and programmatic activities.
Possess multiskilled capabilities to effectively support and drive multiple projects, ensuring both programmatic and logistical excellence.
