Program Instructors (Dramatic & Performance Arts) at IDMANN Institute

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide students in the dramatic and performance arts.
• Work with students to produce and deliver LIVE performances that are suitable for Public broadcast (radio or TV).
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of plans, policies, and processes as needed.
• Become a full-fledged contributor to the administration and operation of the organization while supporting upper management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree, NCE, BA , BEd, HND , MA with 5 years relevant experience.
• Prior experience as an entrepreneur will be deemed advantageous.
• Relocation is required for persons living outside Aba.
• Excellent facility using a computer and common office applications.
• Ability to carry out analysis on complex resource management issues and initiatives that concern the organization.
• Prior experience interfacing between line staff and upper management, with Demonstrated ability to show initiative and leadership as and when needed.
• Prior experience preparing associated reports, and correspondence.
• Prior experience representing an organization by interfacing with external partners and associates tro advance the organization's affairs.
