Program Cordinator at DKT International

DESCRIPTION:

DKT NIGERIA is set to recruit a Program Coordinator based in Abuja. We are looking for a smart, dynamic, self-motivated, and committed individual to fill this position:

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting borrowers to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiating and setting up repayment plans.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions.
• Providing excellent customer service to borrowers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in loan collection or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to debt collection.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related field is a plus.
• Must be a computer literate and have a smart phone to work with.
