    Program Associate 

    Duties / Responsibilities  

    • Organize activities around the Learning Program (agile leadership training) to ensure Decagon goals are met. 
    • Grades and provides feedback for agile leadership deliverables written by software engineers 
    • Provide weekly one-on-one performance-based feedback to software engineers. 
    • Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. 
    • Facilitate activities within a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. 
    • Meets with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues. 
    • Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Analyzes program risks. 
    • Research and advise management on improvement to the Learning Program.Function as Scrum Master for Simulated Decagon Projects. 

    Requirements:  

    • Bachelor’s degree 
    • 0-2 years relevant experience. 
    • A passion for helping people succeed professionally.
