About the role 

• The Program Associate role exists as a supporting role for the delivery of AltSchool's programs. The role has a direct impact on our brand as our learners interface with whoever takes the role on a daily basis. 
• As a Programs Associate, you’ll work closely with the Program Manager for your designated school, supporting all required program-related tasks to maintain high-quality program delivery for your learners.
• You will provide support to the learners where needed, and also manipulate chunks of learner-related data. A successful Program Associate is one who is able to support the seamless execution of all goals for the specific school.

What you will be doing: 

• Supporting the Learning and Academic team with overall program timelines.
• Schedule and supervise live sessions according to the specific schedule designated by the school
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve specific deliverables where needed
• Address learner-related issues as they arise within the designated school
• Provide direct support to learners within designated schools where needed
• Generate learner-related data as and when needed (grades, attendance, engagements)
• Send out correspondence on behalf of the designated school as needed
• Support internal and external organizational goals
