The program and Partnership Associate will work hand in hand with the Operation Lead. The Program and Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive the success of any product in Grazac. This role involves cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, executing partnership initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objective. increase the awareness of our academy, boost our customer acquisition funnel and close partnership deals that directly have impact on our revenue.
The Program and Partnership Associate should be an individual who is growth-oriented, resourceful, entrepreneurial at heart, pays attention to details and is conscious of the bottom line.
What you will do
Create, nurture and maintain relationships with alumni, current talent, mentors, and senior product managers.
Identify and recruit qualified mentors and senior product managers to support program initiatives.
Identify, research, and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, tech companies, and industry professionals.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Grazac's mission.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement joint initiatives with partners.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for program and partnership activities.
Organize and execute webinars and events to promote Grazac Initiatives and engage stakeholders.
Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure efficient and effective program operations by coordinating with internal teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance program offerings.

Requirement and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, or a related role within the education or tech industry.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to assess and improve programs.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
Experience working in an ed-tech company or startup environment.
Familiarity with the tech industry and its workforce needs.
Experience with partnership negotiation and management.
