Requirements
- Ph.D. in Law (Private & Commercial Law) from a recognized university.
- Proven record of excellence in teaching, research, and scholarly publications.
- At least 15 years of teaching & research experience in a recognized university, with a minimum of 3-5 years at Associate Professor level.
- Evidence of successful supervision of postgraduate students (Master's and Ph.D.).
- Active participation in University Community activities and professional service.
