Professional Driver at IBIC Investment Holdings

Job Summary

The Professional Driver will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for guests and staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This role requires a courteous and reliable individual with excellent driving skills and a thorough understanding of local traffic laws and routes. The ideal candidate will be punctual, professional, and able to handle various driving assignments, including airport transfers, event transportation, and other logistical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Transportation: Provide timely and courteous transportation services for guests, including airport pickups and dropoffs, local tours, and event transportation. Ensure that all guest interactions are conducted with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of assigned vehicles. Schedule and perform routine maintenance checks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Stay informed about current road conditions, traffic patterns, and potential hazards to avoid delays.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians. Demonstrate safe and defensive driving techniques at all times.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities. Complete and submit trip logs, expense reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with luggage and other personal belongings, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience. Address and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Emergency Handling: Respond to unexpected situations, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents, in a calm and efficient manner. Coordinate with management and emergency services as necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of passengers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws, routes, and roadways.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and staff.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
