Professional Chef
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 4 years
- Location Lagos
- City Victoria Island
- Job Field Catering / Confectionery
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
- Prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
- Overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders for restocking.
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
- Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.SC/HND in culinary school or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience working as a chef.
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processes
- Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
- Other tribes other Yorubas are encouraged to apply
