Production Workshop Manager at TECO Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fabrication process.
• Assigning duties and managing the fabrication workshop team
• Ensuring safety compliance
• Inventory management
• Ordering of materials
• Assist in the shipment (internal and external) of materials.
• Ensuring quality of products delivered.
• Assist in budget and data reporting.
• Facilitate employee hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation.
• Assist in ISO and safety audits.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree with at least 15 years experience.
• Well-honed leadership and management skills; with an ability to motivate others.
• Hands-on 'real-world' mechanical experience and knowledge.
• Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office, Enterprise Resource Management, etc).
• Excellent grasp of the English language: verbal and written.
• Sound judgment informed by extensive practical knowledge and experience.
• Innovative, inventive, and analytical, able to pre-empt and resolve problems with ease.
• Agile, responsive, and good under pressure.
• Able to handle conflict and resolve differences of opinion.
• Heightened cultural awareness - able to relate and build relations.
