    Production Trainee

    • Create and maintain a cleaning schedule for the kitchen.
    • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
    • Clean stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators, and using cleaning solutions, brushes and washcloths.
    • Operate dishwasher and clean general kitchen area.
    • Clean, sanitize and put away dishes using various commercial dishwashers.
    • Inspect kitchen equipment for cleanliness.
    • Restock supplies for servers and cooks.
    • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
    • Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
    • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
    • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
    • Adhere to all food, health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
    • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
    • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
    • Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
    • Sort and remove the trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
    • Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
    • Sweep or scrub floors.
    • Consistently and frequently clean restaurant seating area and rest rooms.
