As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
You’ll lead a team of operators and technicians, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that production targets are met without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily output goals
Monitor workflow, equipment, and personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues
Maintain accurate production records and generate reports
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Job Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in MS Office and production management software.
