Job Description

• The Production Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the water production process. This includes managing the production team, ensuring the efficient operation of water production machinery, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Job Overview and Duties

• Oversee all aspects of the water production process, from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
• Manage and supervise a team of production workers.
• Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and operated.
• Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal functioning of production equipment.
• Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
• Maintain production records and prepare reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for raw materials and supplies.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a water factory, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience with quality control procedures.
• Conversant with water production machines, production processes and procedures.
• Must be able to manage and supervise a team of employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be domiciled in Abuja.
