Job Summary

• We arerecruiting for the role of Production Supervisor, who will be responsible for overseeing production processes, supervising production staff, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams and assign daily tasks
• Monitor production processes and identify operational bottlenecks
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve production issues
• Take daily production and material usage records
• Ensure production targets are met and resources are optimized
• Implement safety protocols and report incidents
• Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance and quality control

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Diploma in a related field with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a manufacturing company or related field
• Ethnic preference: Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, or Middle Belt
• Candidate must reside within Lagos (Alimosho environs)
• Single or married preferably Male and from any religion
• Between 25 and 40 years of age
• Willing to work from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays to Saturdays

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
