Job description

• We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor who is experienced in managing machine operators, overseeing the daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficient workflow, and adhere to production targets. Responsibilities includes monitoring machine performance, and addressing any issues that arise during the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee production activities, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Team Management: Train, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production issues, collaborating with other departments to optimize production workflows.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as needed.

Key Requirements:

• OND/HND/ in any field
• Working Knowledge of manufacturing process preferably within plastic production sector
• Relevant trainings and certifications
• Excellent manufacturing skills
• Passionate about work, energetic and maintaining a positive attitude.
