Production Supervisor at Lady Biba

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production workflow to ensure garments are completed on time and within budget.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including machinery, fabric, and labor, to meet production targets.
• Supervise a team of sewing operators, pattern makers, and quality control officer.
• Ensure each garment meets the brand\'s quality standards, including fit, finish, and durability.
• Implement quality control checks at each stage of production and address any defects or discrepancies.
• Work with the quality control team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels of fabrics, trims, and other materials, ensuring timely restocking to avoid delays.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure cost-effective sourcing and efficient use of materials.
• Analyze production processes and suggest improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Daily maintenance of production report, costing and scheduling

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role within garment manufacturing, ideally in women’s fashion.
• Must be leaving around or close to okota enirons.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in production software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
