Production Supervisor at JMG

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the assembly of all Jamara Operations Limited products, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure production targets set by management are met efficiently and within the required timelines.
• Supervise and manage production team members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Maintain accountability for production tools, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and a clean and organized workspace.
• Identify defective items and ensure proper handling according to established quality control procedures.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among production staff to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor workflow and optimize processes to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including reporting unsafe conditions, participating in fire or emergency drills, and incident reporting and investigation.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports to facilitate performance tracking and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with management to implement process improvements and address production challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a production or assembly environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and IMS responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to improve efficiency and resolve production issues.
