Develop and manage the monthly and weekly production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and supply chain constraints.
Align production schedules with sales forecasts, stock norms, and inventory replenishment strategies.
Translate demand and order plans into optimized manufacturing schedules, ensuring efficient capacity utilization and minimal downtime.
Coordinate closely with manufacturing units, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
Monitor production progress, address deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure alignment of production output with inventory targets, minimizing both overproduction and stockouts at SKU level.

Liaise with quality assurance to ensure production meets quality and compliance standards.
