Job Summary

• We are currently seeking Production Operations Officers to support maintenance planning, scheduling, resource coordination, work pack preparation, materials readiness, and execution support across production operations.
• The position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated maintenance plans and schedules.

Requirements
You’re a strong candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations/Maintenance Management, or a related field; with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, production operations, maintenance execution support, or asset integrity environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise systems such as ERP, CMMS, or asset management platforms. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., P6, APICS/ASCM, NEBOSH, Six Sigma) will be an advantage.
• Experience working in oil & gas, energy, or large industrial environments is preferred.

You’ll help our oil and gas clients succeed by:

• Developing and maintaining integrated maintenance plans and schedules to support safe and reliable operations.
• Preparing execution-ready work packs, including task lists, job steps, resource requirements, and execution sequences.
• Coordinating maintenance resources, contractors, and specialist support to ensure effective work execution
• Liaising with operations, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and contractor teams to support execution readiness and schedule delivery.
• Managing materials, spares, and equipment readiness to support scheduled maintenance activities
• Supporting field execution teams through schedule updates, work scope adjustments, and execution feedback activities.
• Supporting integration of operational risks, asset priorities, and schedule constraints into planning and execution activities
• Participating in planning reviews, Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) sessions, and backlog management meetings
• Supporting risk-based maintenance planning and providing execution support to optimise schedule performance and continuous improvement.
