Overview

• We are looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at The Milk Booster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining highquality standards, and managing a team dedicated to producing our lactation products.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measuring ingredients for production.
• Overseeing the baking process, including temperature, time, and quality control.
• Operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
• Conducting regular quality checks on products, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize production.
• Ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, and production areas.
• Managing inventory levels, optimizing storage and distribution.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, handling of chemicals, and emergency procedures.
• Working closely with other production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food or health product sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
