With Head Office in Lagos and factory in Ogun State, the company manufactures a range of Injection Molding Plastic Products, Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Products, Thermoform and Paper Food packages and other related products in various sizes. Its performance and increasing growth over the years have been quite remarkable and this can be attributed to the excellent and outstanding services it provides to its numerous esteemed customers and the strong ability to respond promptly to their various needs at any time. To achieve this vision, the Company is now looking for an exceptional professional for the position of Production Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Managing Director:

• You will manage the production processes to ensure the production of high-quality products.
• You will enforce health, safety and environmental issues and production efficiency.
• You will develop and implement operational procedures ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures and safety standards.
• You will minimise wastages, ensure proper maintenance of the machines to avoid breakdowns and maintain discipline amongst staff.
• You will build, develop and motivate an effective team by providing good leadership and guidance to achieve production targets.

JOB SPECIFICATION

•  A graduate of Mechanical Engineering, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ production management experience.
• A good knowledge of operating extruding and thermoforming machines is required for this position.
• You must be cost-effective and proactive.
• You must have demonstrable ability to analyse production processes to determine profitable products.
• You must be energetic with proven ability to communicate at all levels.
• You must be quality conscious and committed to delivering excellent standards with ability to pay attention to details.
•  You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills.
