Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located in Agege. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations in the production department, ensuring efficiency in food manufacturing processes and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Key responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing inventory and resources, supervising staff, troubleshooting challenges, and striving for continuous improvements in productivity and product quality.
• The successful candidate will also collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives and maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology with at least 5 years experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and process optimization
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of quality control, inventory management, and workplace safety regulations
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools is a plus.
