We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee our food production operations in Lagos.
This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for ensuring production runs efficiently and smoothly while improving and optimizing processes.
As a Production Manager, you will be expected to manage a team and maintain product quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
You are expected to have a bakery and Ice cream production experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in food production, with at least 3 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, preferably in the food or beverage industry
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage a diverse team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and quality assurance standards
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
