Job Description

• Creating production schedules, estimating costs, and preparing budgets.
• Coordinating activities and ensuring that enough resources are on hand
• Supervising and controlling production processes, and ensuring that they run reliably and efficiently
• Negotiating costs with suppliers
• Hiring crew and contractors
• Approving bookings for resources, locations, equipment, and supplies
• Arranging permissions and risk assessments
• Being a great communicator and presenting creative work and direction .
• Managing a production office team
• Oversee and coordinate the production process to ensure that resources are available and that deadlines are met.
• Developing new standards and operating procedures
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs)
