We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of garment production in our female fashion house.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely and high-quality output, manage tailors and other production staff, and maintain alignment with our brand standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the production unit from fabric cutting to finishing
Supervise tailors, machinists, and other production staff to ensure efficiency and quality
Ensure production targets and deadlines are met without compromising quality
Monitor and manage production schedules, timelines, and workflow
Conduct quality control checks on garments before delivery
Collaborate with designers to understand style details, construction, and finishing requirements
Ensure proper inventory management of fabrics, threads, trims, and accessories
Recruit, train, and evaluate production team members as needed
Identify and resolve production challenges or delays promptly
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace
Enforce company policies, especially regarding punctuality, discipline, and phone usage during work hours
Qualifications
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in garment production management (preferably women's fashion)
Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and pattern interpretation
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
