• Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and output targets.
• Manage production schedules and monitor productivity, costs and waste-reduction efforts.
• Lead, train and evaluate production teams to ensure strong performance.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing or any related field.
• Minimum of five years’ hands-on FMCG, manufacturing or production experience with solid knowledge of safety and health regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N450,000 monthly.
