Role Objective:

The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the production process in the paint manufacturing facility. This involves overseeing the production of industrial paints, ensuring that the entire process is efficient, timely, and compliant with industry standards. The candidate will also be responsible for product innovation, staff management, and the continuous improvement of production methods. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Igbo languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee industrial paint production, ensuring quality, cost, and deadline targets are met.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Manage production budgets and inventory in coordination with procurement.
• Collaborate with R&D for product development and improvements.
• Maintain quality control and report performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in industrial paint manufacturing.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Igbo languages
