Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuje for a Production Manager.
• The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensure quality control, manage production schedules, and maintain inventory levels.
• The role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize production efficiency, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• The Production Manager will also be responsible for health and safety compliance and staff training and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management and quality control
• Skills in coordinating production schedules and managing inventory levels
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Experience in staff training and development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in the tissue paper production industry is a plus
