Production IMS Officer at Tulip Cocoa Processing Limited

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly dashboards using MS Excel and PowerBI to meet presentations.
• Would be responsible for timely & accurate data reporting for all the areas of production and maintenance.
• Do detailed study on feasibility in terms of reports, formats, output and efforts that will go in carrying out the activity.
• Prepare reports as per agreed formats and share with plant manager at agreed frequency.
• Must understand the data being worked on to do analysis and highlight any area of concern.
• Standardizing various reports with similar data shared across all areas of work.
• Add value in doing analysis, bring in ideas for improvement, and highlight outliers through MIS & reports.
• Sharing the production / maintenance trend details, on a weekly & Monthly basis & highlighting outliers.
• Maintain trend & data tracking of volumes.
• Ensure Volume and Quality Standards as specified by Management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND qualifications and a B.Sc Degree in Computer Science or related Qualitative Course with 4 years years of experience.
• The candidate is required to have excellent working knowledge of computers and MS office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.,
• The candidate must have excellent knowledge of Excel knowing basic & advance functions & formulas. Knowing Macros and BI tools will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Accuracy in publishing numbers and data.
• Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
• Should be able to set examples for others through his/her efficient work management skills.
• Ability to handle high work volumes and multi-tasking, good grasping power.
• Flexible in handling other operational entries/functions.
• Age: Not more than 45 years.
