Job Summary

• The Production Engineer will oversee fabrication and manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards.
• The role involves coordinating shop floor activities, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement within the fabrication facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily fabrication and production activities
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate implementation on the shop floor
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, welding, machining, and assembly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality control teams

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial production
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, machining, metal works).
