Production Coordinator - Export & Branding at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator – Export & Branding to coordinate production activities, ensure timely execution of export and branding requirements, and support smooth production operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.
• Liaise with production, warehouse, quality, branding, and other relevant teams to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate export-related production requirements, packaging, labeling, and branding specifications.
• Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed according to required standards and timelines.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation using ERP and MS Office 365.
• Track materials, production inputs, and finished goods to support efficient workflow.
• Identify production delays or issues and escalate them promptly for resolution.
• Ensure production activities comply with company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Work closely with the production floor and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• HND or higher in Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in production coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong MS Office 365 proficiency is mandatory, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with export production, branding, packaging, or labeling is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a floor-based production environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple production priorities.
