Production Assistant at ValueFronteira Limited

Responsibilities
The production assistant will:

• Provide daily leadership for factory staff alongside the production manager.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE rules.
• Install and finish projects at client locations.
• Provide oversight on and ensure company capacity for on time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Interview and actively participate in the hiring of factory personnel.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
• Have a reasonably good command of the English language.
• Have 3+ years of experience in wood/furniture manufacturing.
• Be computer literate and be proficient in the sue of digital business tools.
• Be located in Lagos, Nigeria or have a valid visa and work permit.
• Be familiar with the following tools and machines:
  • Joiners/planers/sanders;
  • CNC machines;
  • Bedding and upholstery machines;
  • Glue application systems.
