Production Assistant at 360 Creative Innovation Hub

As the production assistant, your duty is to assist the production manager and ensure a smooth production process.

The ability to accurately interpret a tech pack, draft, and grade patterns is a must. You must also be able to precisely cut and label cloth pieces according to the pattern drafted.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing and managing the different parts of the production process.
• Interpret and produce patterns according to a tech pack.
• Supervise the tailors and ensure the orders are produced and packaged in line with our quality control checklist.
• Monitoring stock levels and quality of fabric, trim, and all materials required in the production process.
• Work with the production manager to plan production schedules.
• Keeping production records and updating the production manager as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• HND Certification in Fashion Design is a plus
• 2-5 years experience in fashion
• Must live within Surulere and its environs.
