Production and Quality Control Supervisor at Kloverharris Limited

• We are looking for a skilled Production and Quality Control Supervisor to manage our food production and quality control operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards, while optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee workflows, monitor production, and coach employees to achieve consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production and quality control processes to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives in coordination with the Production Manager, communicating goals clearly to employees.
• Organize and assign responsibilities, prepare production schedules, and monitor workflows to maintain efficient operations.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance to avoid downtime.
• Monitor production output and ensure it meets quality and safety specifications.
• Coach and oversee production staff, ensuring adherence to strict safety and company standards.
• Enforce compliance with the company’s food safety policy and Food Safety Management Systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
