Production Analyst at Perfetti Van Melle

What You Will Do

• Collate, review, analyse production reports to ensure strategic goals and are met.
• Track, record and analyse waste generated across all lines.
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Daily maintaining of dashboard for operational review
• Ensures availability of logbooks for Operators and appropriate recording line data.
• Provide line manager with production information and analysis as required.
• Maintain up-to-date data base of production-related activities.

Our Perfect Candidate

• Holders of HND / BSc Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or numerical-related discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or operations  management, including knowledge of lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency in database management.
• Ability to analyze large data to identify trends, bottlenecks and process improvements.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Passionate about continuous improvement.
