Product Support Engineer
- Job Type Full Time

- Experience 1 year
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Degree: BEng ( Electrical/ Electronic Engineering)
*Skills : Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver training/support to System Engineers and account managers on Assigned OEM Products
- Responsible for meeting with all Partner targets
- Attend OEM training to become subject matter expert on OEM products
- Educate customers on new and enhanced product offerings to generate leads for account managers
- Solicit, organize and communicate customer feedback (references, request, etc0 for OEM products.
- Technical Authority within Powerpro for OEM products
- Generate and manage leads for account managers after webinars and presentation
