    Product Sales Associate

    Job Summary

    Vendease is launching an innovative restaurant management software that streamlines operations, enhances customer experience, and drives profitability for restaurants. Our platform offers features such as inventory management, order processing, customer relationship management, and analytics. As a Product Sales Associate, you will be tasked with engaging prospective restaurants to onboard and utilize the solution to improve the efficiency and overall productivity.

    Job Details

    • Sales Execution: Actively engage with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
    • Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
    • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help refine and improve the software.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Sales Lead and other cross functional team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to team success.

    Requirements

    • Customer Centricity: Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
    • Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
    • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
    • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer relationships.

    Experience

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
    • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
