Product Operations Assistant at BAFashion Shop

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly organized Product Operations Assistant to lead and optimize inventory management, website operations, and team coordination across our Ogudu and Ketu locations. 
• This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional with strong operational and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product and material inventory across multiple locations
• Ensure accurate stock records, prompt restocking, and inventory loss prevention
• Coordinate with production and QA teams to align supply with demand
• Manage website backend: update stock, monitor order flow, and sync with logistics
• Work with marketing and tech teams for accurate product representation online
• Improve operational systems and SOPs for efficiency
• Track performance metrics and implement improvements
• Coordinate daily operations and workflow across departments
• Supervise and support operations and logistics staff
• Provide training, delegate tasks, and drive team accountability

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in operations or inventory management (preferably in fashion retail or e-commerce)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Highly analytical and strategic mindset
• Proficiency in inventory software, website operations, and logistics tools
