Product Marketing Associate at Allicom Travels

Role Description

• We are looking for self determination and detail-oriented “Product Marketing Associate” to assist travel public with their booking needs and marketing all Allicom travels; travel products and services.
• You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions and making travel suggestions etc.
• The Product Marketing Associate will be part of a team focusing on product lines that require specific marketing efforts, including crafting value propositions, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and tactical execution.
• This is a contract Product Marketing Associate role at Allicom Travels. The role is located in Lagos, but some work from comfort zone is acceptable.
• The applicant must have a minimum A level qualification while job training would be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication of product values to team members and customers
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and multitask while maintaining attention to details
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and managerial skills
• Sell travel products like airline flight ticket, tours/holidays, insurance and provide detailed advice on routes and destinations
• Helping passengers and customers with all travel-related inquiries including but not limited to changes or cancellations, and promoting special offers
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with all clients; meet and strive to exceed quality and productivity goals.
• Converse with customers to determine travel dates and financial considerations, follow up on enquiries and convert them to sales
• Contribute to revenue growth and profit margin of the organization by meet up with sales target.
• Experience in product marketing is advantageous, preferably in a travel or tourism industry
• A minimum A level qualification require while job training would be provided.
