Job Summary: 

• As a Product Manager at Zanibal, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers while aligning with the company's strategic goals.
• You will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions to improve our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our products.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines.

Customer Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions.

Product Planning and Prioritization:

• Define product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals, customer feedback, and market demands.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Provide clear product requirements and maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders.

Agile Development and Execution:

• Act as a product owner within an Agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, grooming, and reviews.
• Monitor project progress and remove obstacles to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure product quality and reliability.

Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Develop go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate product launches and monitor post-launch performance.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

• Track product metrics and KPIs to assess product performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive optimization efforts.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Regularly communicate product updates and progress to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, computer science, or equivalent). MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of the business models and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with product management tools and analytics platforms.
