    Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the core experience of how our users interact with our platform. This role is about building systems that scale, not just features that ship.

You will be responsible for the underlying architecture that defines user journeys, access controls, and engagement loops. Whether it is streamlining how a user navigates the dashboard or building the logic that delivers personalized content, you will define the \"stickiness\" of our product.

    Responsibilities

    • Shape the Core Experience: Own the roadmap for user onboarding, engagement, and retention features. You will define how users discover value in the product and how they return to it.
    • Solve for Scale: Build systems that handle complex data structures and user hierarchies. You will work on features that need to be robust for enterprise clients but intuitive for single users.
    • Drive Measurable Impact: Focus on metrics that matter to the business, activation rates, session depth, and feature adoption. You will define success not by what you ship, but by what users actually do.
    • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work alongside Engineering, Design, and Data Science to prototype, test, and launch features. You will balance technical feasibility with user delight. You can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business needs for engineers.

    Must have skills

    • A Clear Communicator: You can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business needs for engineers.
    • Data-Informed: You use qualitative insights (user interviews) and quantitative data (analytics) to decide what to build next. You know that a high drop-off rate is a story waiting to be told.
    • Comfortable with Complexity: You are excited by products that have multiple user types (admins, managers, end-users) and complex permission structures. You enjoy making the complicated feel simple.
    • A Strategic Thinker: You do not just take feature requests; you dig into the \"why.\" You can look at a user problem and map it back to a scalable product solution.

    Qualifications

    • Proven Product Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, owning features or products from ideation to launch.
    • Technical Fluency: You can speak confidently with engineers about APIs, system architecture, and technical debt.
    • User Empathy: You have a track record of conducting user research and using those insights to build better products.
    • Outcome-Oriented: You have experience defining KPIs and using them to guide your decisions.
