This role will focus on growing the B2B product while balancing the needs of our Brand & Growth division to increase the overall sales in the business.
As Product Manager for Enterprise sales and Brand & Growth reporting to the SVP of Product, you will be required to:
Craft a compelling vision and strategy for the B2B product line, aligning with user needs and market dynamics.
Define objectives, key results, and own the product roadmap for the B2B domain.
Formulate hypotheses and conduct product experiments to drive objectives.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, making informed product decisions.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships.
Lead cross-functional product teams, setting priorities and removing blockers.
Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring products address user needs effectively.
Take ownership of product value and viability.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Product Manager experience, including end-to-end product launch involvement and UX decision-making.
Experience in high-growth companies, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Hands-on experience in building and scaling consumer-facing products
Demonstrated track record of improving product KPIs impacting revenue metrics.
Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders and deliver strategic initiatives.
Data-driven decision-maker with exceptional communication skills.
