We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead the growth and adoption of our agritech solution.
You will own the product lifecycle end to end, and ensure that farmers, offtakers, staff, management and partners derive clear value from our product.
Responsibilities
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in a challenging 2-sided market (farmers and offtakers), and leverage to constantly refine the value proposition.
Work with our Operations team to deliver value to customers scalably.
Define and deliver the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure efficient and timely delivery of product..
Use data and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
Translate complex user needs in agriculture into simple, usable digital solutions.
Work with Growth team on Go-To-Market strategies that drive large-scale adoption across diverse agricultural markets.
Ensure products deliver measurable outcomes in revenue, adoption, and impact.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience.
Track record of achieving traction in the market.
Strong ability to connect customer needs with business growth.
Experience with ops-heavy product.
Experience in technology, agritech or related sectors.
Comfortable working with data, user feedback, and growth metrics.
Clear communicator who can align teams and tell the story of the product.
Knowledge of African agriculture markets is an advantage.
