Product Manager at Pullus Africa Solutions Ltd

Job Summary 

• We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead the growth and adoption of our agritech solution.
• You will own the product lifecycle end to end, and ensure that farmers, offtakers, staff, management and partners derive clear value from our product.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in a challenging 2-sided market (farmers and offtakers), and leverage to constantly refine the value proposition.
• Work with our Operations team to deliver value to customers scalably.
• Define and deliver the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure efficient and timely delivery of product..
• Use data and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
• Translate complex user needs in agriculture into simple, usable digital solutions.
• Work with Growth team on Go-To-Market strategies that drive large-scale adoption across diverse agricultural markets.
• Ensure products deliver measurable outcomes in revenue, adoption, and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Track record of achieving traction in the market.
• Strong ability to connect customer needs with business growth.
• Experience with ops-heavy product.
• Experience in technology, agritech or related sectors.
• Comfortable working with data, user feedback, and growth metrics.
• Clear communicator who can align teams and tell the story of the product.
• Knowledge of African agriculture markets is an advantage.
