Product Manager at Peruda Global Limited

• As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our products. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, market trends, and competitors
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to develop and launch new features
• Develop and manage business cases and ROI analyses for product initiatives
• Work closely with our data analytics team to inform product decisions with data
• Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders and executives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the insurance or fintech industry
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation

Nice to Have:

• Experience with mobile app development and launch
• Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulations
• Experience with design thinking and user-centered design principles
