    Product Manager

    • As a Product Manager, you'll be a key player in defining and executing the strategy for our financial products.
    • Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the successful development and launch of new products.
    • Join us to drive innovation, enhance user experiences, and contribute to the growth of our financial offerings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery and market success.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision and strategy.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancement.
    • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, incorporating input from stakeholders and aligning with overall company goals.
    • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing product interfaces.
    • Conduct regular user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features and improve user experience.
    • Monitor key product metrics, analyze data, and derive insights to inform product decisions and optimizations.
    • Act as a product evangelist, communicating product benefits and updates to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to keep the product competitive and innovative.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
    • Proven experience as a product manager with a successful track record of delivering products to market. Minimum of 5 years.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of user-centered design principles.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
