Product Manager at Multigate Payments Limited

The individual will be required to work with cross-functional teams to design, build and rollout our corporate treasury, cash management and payment products and solutions which delivers the company’s vision and strategy. You will be required to manage the entire life cycle of the products as well as oversee product roadmap, pricing and positioning strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product
• Engage with banking partners, card schemes, and clients to enhance the working relationship between these parties and Multigate
• Be responsible for preparing product pitch deck and product marketing materials and ensuring the accuracy of the information captured therein
• Assist with special projects as assigned by your line manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 -7 years of working experience
• Proven work experience in a product manager role
• Product management and Scrum certification
• Proven experience or understanding of the payments processing industry
• Industry experience in the fintech and financial services ecosystem including banks, payments facilitators, merchant acquiring, processing, technology payments networks, or fintech operators is required.
• Experience in corporate banking (trade & treasury and cash management will be an advantage
