Product Manager at Movam

About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to build and scale technology-led solutions in the supply chain and logistics sector. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of product management experience, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver products that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with company goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Create wireframes to visually communicate product concepts, facilitate team alignment, and gather feedback from stakeholders, using them throughout the product lifecycle to inform decisions and ensure shared understanding.
• Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction using metrics such as retention, efficiency, and NPS.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Serve as a bridge between business, technical, and operational teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout all product development stages.
• Champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Transportation management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–4 years of product management experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital products that integrate operational and logistical workflows.
• Fluency in Agile or Lean product methodologies, with familiarity in tools such as JIRA, Coda or confluence.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a record of collaboration across internal teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), routing or dispatch platforms, or supply chain visibility tools.
• Understanding of logistics KPIs, operational efficiency metrics, and cost-optimization principles.
• Exposure to API integrations, platform scalability, and automation workflows.
